	PermaShine 4-Balloon Bouquet Bracket Kit Uses: Sides of inventory shelving, pallet racking, retail displays, temporary or permanent signage, etc. Placement: Adhesive backing for clean, smooth and flat surfaces, or screws into position. Includes: (4) 13" Plastic Balloons, (1) 35" Long stem, (3) 27" Short stems, (4) Holding cups, (3) Metallic ribbons, (1) PermaShine® Vertical bracket with 3M® VHB™ adhesive tape, Mounting screws, Inflation needle and installation instructions.   If you do not want to pick your own balloon colors, this kit will ship with multi-color balloons as shown in the pic above.   If you want to choose your own colors, select "custom" using the drop-down menu and type the balloon colors you want in the box. Example: blue, blue, white, white
